Our parents always
told us to take our vitamins. When we’re sick or hurting, vitamins can often be
the cure for what ails us. Whether it’s a vitamin deficiency or just the need
for more, vitamins can help the body heal. Then it would seem like the same would
be true for calcium and back pain. It’s not. Calcium is a lot like spice in a
